I recommend the following paleo diet books and paleo diet cookbooks. They all are great. If you are looking to get started, I recommend starting with The Paleo Diet or It Starts With Food: Discover Whole30 and change your Life in Unexpected ways. Those were great books for me when I first began this journey on health and wellness. There are also several cookbooks I recommend. The most important thing you can do when beginning this type of diet is to educate yourself and pick up a few of these paleo diet books and learn some great recipes from the above recommended cookbooks or by finding them online. Seriously, the paleo diet movement started online so even if you don’t want to shell out money for a book there are so many resources online if you look in the right places.
