Kitchen Tools

Below is a list of kitchen tools and appliances I recommend. Most of these tools are the ones we one and several have been recommended by our friends. My husband and I were very blessed to receive a lot of wonderful kitchen tools for our wedding and we’ve been using them to cook up some great paleo and gluten-free meals. Other tools I have learned about from other bloggers and friends. If you are just starting out, my top three kitchen recommendations would be a [easyazon-link asin=”B001AO2PXK” locale=”us”]crockpot[/easyazon-link], [easyazon-link asin=”B0000645YM” locale=”us”]mini food processor[/easyazon-link][easyazon-link asin=”B000VX6OYC” locale=”us”], knife[/easyazon-link], and a good knife. Enjoy!

More About These Kitchen Tools:

It’s important to have an arsenal of good kitchen tools & gadgets because it will A) Make your life easier and B) it will make you want to cook! Having a good mix of kitchen supplies is not necessary, but it will make your cooking and eating experience that much easier and more enjoyable. I used to spend so much time finely chopping up garlic and onions. Now I throw them in the food processor, and wa-la! Instant chopped goodness. We have so many kitchen appliances now that we are almost running out of space in our small kitchen. The nice thing about these kitchen tools is they are something that will last you for a long time.

Always use caution when operating kitchen tools with blades and sharp objects, especially around children and pets. Some of these kitchen tools have sharp points so you must use with caution! I have had my fair share of kitchen battle wounds but just know it just is part of the process.

Once you’ve got a good mix of kitchen tools, you can check out my paleo cookbook section and pick some books to your liking and start cooking. Or you can browse my Recipe section on Fit & Awesome or just surf online. There are so many great recipes out there that it makes eating a healthy and clean eating lifestyle easier than ever.

If you have any questions about the above kitchen tools, don’t hesitate to contact me. I could talk your ear off about all these products.
