Coconut Water + Fresh Berry Ice Pops

By Kelsey Kosztowny 2 Comments

With summer right around the corner, these popsicles are as easy as the ingredients! I wrote my review on Laird Superfoods Coconut Water and now I’m excited to start trying new recipes!

I can remember as a kid, spending my summer vacations riding my bike for endless hours and staying in the neighborhood pool until my fingers would shrivel. I loved summer. I still do, and it is so much fun to see my son enjoy the outdoors like I do.

At the end of a hot summer evening, we would easily polish off 3-4 ice pops. I never realized how much sugar would be in those few ounces!

Using coconut water is a great replacement for sugar syrups and other additives. The berries are a great fresh and simple filler. You could easily customize these ice pops for anyone in your family!

3 ingredients.

Yes, you read that right. These popsicles are the perfect treat for your littles ones and yourself! Laird Superfoods Hydrated Coconut Water is the perfect mix with any fresh berry filler.

  • Laird Superfoods Hydrate Coconut Water
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Raspberries

This is the perfect popsicle mold. Easy to use and easy to clean.

What I love most about this recipe is how fresh everything tastes. It is the perfect refreshment after a summer afternoon spent in the sunshine!

Have you done DIY popsicles? What do you love to add as fillers?!
