Banana Banana Smoothie Recipe

Pro Yo Banana Banana Smoothie
I love making easy and simple recipes in the kitchen because if a recipe is complex, I’m probably not going to do it. I recently created this Banana Banana Smoothie Recipe as a guest post for the ProYo blog. It is so good!

You may remember ProYo from my 2014 Expo West Recap or my giveaway I did awhile back on Fit & Awesome. They are a protein frozen yogurt that comes in a tube and each serving contains 20 grams of protein and probiotics. Plus it tastes really good.

My favorite ProYo flavor is Banana Vanilla. I’ve been a fan ever since I first tried it at Expo West. I used the Banana Vanilla ProYo flavor as the base for my creation. It’s nice because the frozen yogurt has protein in it so there’s no need to add a scoop of protein powder.

This Banana Banana Smoothie reminded me of one of my favorite smoothies from when I was growing up. Head on over to Pro Yo’s website to check out my recipe. I would love to hear what you think!

ProYo Banana Banana Smoothie- The Giveaway

I’ve teamed up with ProYo to offer one lucky Fit & Awesome winner a ProYo prize pack filled with VIP coupons for ProYo, and some sweet ProYo Swag including a mug, hat, and t-shirt. You can see if a store near you sells ProYo by visiting the store locator on their website. I found mine at my local Whole Foods market.

a Rafflecopter giveaway

If you try my banana banana smoothie I would love to hear what you think. Enjoy!

What about you? Have you ever tried ProYo? What do you think of protein frozen yogurt? Post in the comments and let me know.

*Disclosure: I wrote a sponsored recipe post on ProYos.com and cross-promoting it here on Fit & Awesome. All thoughts and opinions on Fit & Awesome and on my sponsored guest post are, as always, my own.

I’m not a banana person…but vanilla might get me to change my mind. 😉 I’ve never heard of ProYo…I’ll have to see if that’s something I can find local
