You may remember my Vega One Review post from a couple months ago. I’ve used their protein powder for quite a while now and I am a huge fan of Vega, their products, and their ingredients. They’re vegan, they were created by a triathlete, and they contain antioxidants, probiotics, greens, and protein in each serving. I reviewed a package of Vega One Protein Powder that I bought at Whole Foods earlier this year just because I liked it. Then I was sent a package of their Vega One All-In-One Nutritional Shake in French Vanilla as part of the Vega #OneChange campaign with the Sweat Pink Ambassadors. Pretty cool, right?
The Serial Snacker
There are four different types of people that the Vega One campaign for #OneChange is tackling to help people accomplish their goals in 2014. They are:
- The Number Cruncher
- The Weekend Splurger
- The Serial Snacker
- The Breakfast Skipper
Which are you? Personally, I find myself to be a Serial Snacker. If I don’t have a satisfying meal then I’m off to the cupboards or fridge to look for something to snack on. This is why I know it’s important for me to eat a filling and satisfying meal so I don’t have the urge to snack in between meals.
Vega One Recipes
There are so many great ways to make recipes using Vega One Protein Powder. When I make my Vega One Protein Powder Shakes for breakfast, I use one scoop (or pack) of the Vega One Protein Powder, almond milk, 1/2 a banana, and a tbsp of almond butter. I find this to be filling and delicious.
Another Vega One Recipe I’ve made recently is blending one scoop of Vega Protein Powder with almond milk and a pack of the Sambazon Acai Smoothie packs. It’s pretty darn good.

Yes! I do add spinach when we have it – it goes quickly in our house!
