Gluten-Free Restaurant Guide

Gluten-Free Restaurant Guide

When you are planning to dine out, it can be overwhelming trying to find a gluten-free restaurant with a dedicated gluten-free menu. Or at the very least finding a restaurant that knows what gluten is. In my experience some restaurants know what is gluten-free, and some restaurants have no idea what you are talking about. The latter are the types of restaurants I now try and avoid completely unless I have no choice. But there’s always a choice. You always have a choice.

Thankfully there are many restaurants with gluten-free menus these days so it makes eating a gluten-free diet and dining out a wee bit easier. I am constantly asking questions and doing searches to find gluten-free restaurant menus or researching a restaurant before I eat there to make sure I can find a gluten-free item. Usually it’s not an issue and as a general rule of thumb I always try and stick to a grilled chicken and steamed vegetable meal in those situations. Additionally, I’ve decided to keep a list of what gluten-free restaurant menu items I find and plan to post here on an ongoing basis. Bookmark this page and keep coming back. And it you find something I haven’t featured here yet, send it to me and I will post.

The majority of these restaurants with gluten-free menus are in Los Angeles (specifically Manhattan Beach) because that is where I live. Enjoy!
