My New Favorite Gluten-Free Products: SINFIT Nutrition

By Lindsay Leave a Comment

*Disclosure: I received the SINFIT products for editorial consideration.

Last month I was introduced to some amazing gluten-free products by SINFIT. I received their Banana Blitz protein pancake mix, pancake syrup, and protein cookies and they were all so darn good I had to write about them. I was initially drawn to the SINFIT products because they were gluten-free and high in protein. SINFIT believes that meeting your health goals doesn’t have to mean giving up on foods you love so they’ve created comfort food with a modern healthy twist. In addition to pancake and waffle mixes, syrups, protein powders, and protein cookies they also have some protein bars and will be launching plant-based and vegan bars soon, too. Here are the products I received and my review on each of them. Make sure you read to the end to get a coupon code for 25% off!

Banana Blitz Protein Pancake Mix

My husband gave me a griddle for my birthday last month and I was really excited to use it with this new pancake mix. The SINFIT Banana Blitz pancake mix is made using whole grain oat flour and sweetened with monk fruit extract. The pancakes have 20 grams of protein per serving and 15 grams of net carbs. This is nice because gluten-free pancakes and pancakes in general are usually very high in carbs. I love that they have protein in them because they leave me feeling fuller longer and I love the banana flavor! It has a really great flavor and no strong aftertaste.

To make the protein pancakes all you have to do is mix one serving of the protein pancake mix with 1/4 cup water and let sit three minutes before putting on the griddle. I warmed up the griddle while I let the mixture set and they came out perfectly! We also used the SINFIT sugar free maple syrup on the pancakes and it was so good. A perfect and special Sunday morning breakfast.

*Note: The serving size on the package is in grams so I converted to cups. The entire bag is 329g so one serving is roughly 1/4 cup. There are six servings in the bag and I’ve made the entire bag several times and they go quickly!

SINFIT Maple Syrup

I love maple syrup on pancakes and often use it when making my protein balls. This sugar free SINFIT Maple syrup is my new favorite. It tastes so good and was full of flavor. I really enjoyed using this maple syrup on the Banana Blitz Protein Pancakes and might need to start using it when I make protein balls and cookies. The SINFIT syrup also comes in blueberry and strawberry which I have not tried yet but planning to get some on my next order. Yummy!

Birthday Cake Protein Cookies

Cookies are my guilty pleasure so I’m always on the lookout for good gluten-free ones that are worth the indulgence. The Birthday Cake protein cookies were so good. They also have 10 grams of protein per cookie. Delicious. These cookies went quickly in our house. It’s a good thing they come in packs of 10 or 20 because they are worth it. I have never had a protein cookie that tasted this good. I also always love birthday cake flavor because colorful sprinkles make everything fun!

Overall

I highly recommend these products to anyone looking for a delicious treat that’s gluten-free and has some added protein. They are worth it!
