We.Blog Editorial Team at Natural Products Expo West - Fit and Awesome

Recently I applied to attend the Natural Products Expo West coming up on March 7-9th in Anaheim. I heard about it through the SoCal Lady Bloggers group and thought it would be really neat to go and learn more about the new gluten-free, organic and natural products that were coming out on the market. I was honored when I was chosen to be one of the 12 people to be part of the Editorial Board and cover the event. This is going to be my first time attending the show and I’m really looking forward to checking it out.

One thing I’m really excited about learning from this show is what the new health trends and ingredients will be for the next year. I feel like there’s always a new “superfood” or top new ingredients that people should be adding into their diet (think kale, chia seeds, maca) and I’m interested to see what they will be. I hope to take away some new ideas for recipes while I’m at it! I’m also planning on attending some educational sessions to learn more about nutrition and all things healthy living.
