I love the new year. Everyone is in self reflection mode creating goals and working hard to become the best version of themselves. It’s great. I wish we were all more self reflective like this all year round, myself included. I know my personal goals for 2016 are to get back into awesome shape (like I was pre-pregnancy) and continue to eat well. It’s one of the reasons our whole family is on a whole 30 right now. My favorite veggies are broccoli and corn on the cob, when its in season I can eat it everyday! I actually got my kids to like broccoli but they will only eat it if I roast it in the oven.
My favorites are eggplant, zucchini and broccoli.
i love broccoli, spinach, green beans, you name it 🙂 the only thing i really dont care for is celery and brussels sprouts

I enjoy all veggies, but my favorite is corn. I could eat it every day and never get sick of it.

SWEET POTATOES! for sure! i love that it can be savory or sweet. i’m trying to incorporate more greens these days but i will always be partial to those orange spuds. 🙂 My healthy goals for this year are to cut down on sugar and go on more walks! I love fruits and veggies so that part of eating healthy isn’t too difficult for me but i also have a pretty big sweet tooth so i’m trying to replace a nightly sugar snack with a smoothie instead, and go for walks with my little one (both for my sake and to teach him healthy lifestyle choices!).
I like many vegetable. My favorite are asparagus, zucchini, cabbage, eggplant.
I love so many but artichokes, asparagus, butternut squash and carrots come to mind!

Oh my favorite are Peppers(love green and red) and cherry tomatoes! Actually love almost all vegetables! My New Years resolution this year is to learn to cook healthier for my family! I have so much to learn. 🙂

I love ALL veggies, but sweet potatoes are hands down my favorite!! I love mashing them, and then drinking the steamed water, it’s sweet and filled with nutrients. Or I cut it and put it in the oven with turkey bacon, onions, and garlic. It’s delicious!
