Move Nourish Believe Blogger Challenge
January is coming to a close and like many of you, I’ve had certain fitness goals that I started in January 2014 and want to continue throughout the year. You all know I love a good challenge (juice cleanse or whole30, anyone?) and beginning on February 3rd I will be starting a 21 day Fitness challenge with Lorna Jane! If you’ve read my blog before, you may remember the awesome experiences I’ve had with Lorna Jane in the past like going to Malibu for a personal styling session or getting awesome activewear from Lorna Jane Santa over the holidays. Two weeks ago I even got to meet Lorna Jane Clarkson herself at an LA blogger event and that experience alone was pretty motivating and inspiring.
The Move Nourish Believe Blogger Challenge centers around the idea that your fitness goals shouldn’t just be part of January New Year’s resolutions – they should be all year long! The principles of Lorna Jane’s philosophy is around Move, Nourish, and Believe and the challenge is based around these principles as well. The first week will focus on MOVE (getting your body moving), the second week will be NOURISH (eating well), and the third week will be BELIEVE (mindfulness, baby!) . And one lucky winner who participates in all 21 days of the challenge will win a $1,000 shopping spree to Lorna Jane. Sweet!
How It Works:
1. Each day throughout the month there is a new challenge. Conquer the daily challenges and post a picture of yourself doing so on Twitter or Instagram. Tag @LornaJaneActive & @FitApproach along with #mnbchallenge #sweatpink #lornajane and of course, yours truly (@FitAwesome).
2. At the end of each week, recap your successes on your blog and/or Facebook page. Each blog post equals five bonus entries! Share the blog post on Twitter and tag @LornaJaneActive & @FitApproach.
**In order to win the $1000 shopping spree, you MUST participate in all 21 of the daily photo challenges.

I am pretty excited to get started on this challenge, especially because it compliments my whole30 and whole life challenge quite nicely. My nutrition is spot on right now so I love the idea of mixing in more elements of fitness and mindfulness into my days in February.
Throughout the month I will be Tweeting, Instagramming, and posting on Facebook throughout the month using the hashtag #MNBCHALLENGE. I encourage you all to join me in this challenge.
