We all know that exercising is good for our health. Unfortunately, fitness doesn’t always seem fun. In fact, most of the time, it takes a lot of willpower to get up and go to the gym. If you are good at exercising without losing your self-control, you probably train at least a couple of times a week and feel as though you are doing a tough chore.
Most of us don’t do even that. We need a lot of motivation to get our butts off the sofa or pull our hands away from the keyboards and phones to go and do something good for our body. There is a theory that it takes 21 days to make a habit. Not everyone believes it and there is no scientific proof. However, holding on for 21 days will certainly help you on your way to turning exercising routine into a pleasant pastime.
