Happy Valentine’s Day!
It’s Friday! And it’s Valentine’s day! How exciting is that? I hope you all have had an awesome week. Wow, it seems like Monday was so long ago.

Today in honor of Valentine’s Day I want to talk about love. There is all kinds of love – a love for a spouse, boyfriend, girlfriend, family member, pets, and friends. And there is also love for yourself. In order for you to love others you must love yourself. So in honor of that, while most people are probably giving you hot date tips for tonight I’m going to give some suggestions on ways to pamper YOURSELF this Valentine’s day weekend. Here we go:
1. Get A Mani / Pedi- Go out to the nail salon– I find going to the nail salon and getting a manicure and pedicure very relaxing and one of my favorite ways to pamper yourself. In fact, I am planning on going later today!
2. Go On A Hike – If you live in a part of the country that’s not snowed in right now (ie: Sunny California) then go out exploring this weekend and go on a hike. You will find it to be a nice change of pace from your everyday life.
3. Watch House of Cards on Netflix – This is a given, right? I can’t wait for House of Cards! My husband and I will be watching this weekend!
4. Take a Bath – There’s nothing more relaxing than chilling in a bath tub filled with bubbles and warm water. Especially if your muscles are sore after a long run or a tough workout. Get it!
