Happy Awesome Friday, everyone! I hope you all had a fantastic week. It’s gone by in a flash for me. Sometimes I need to stop and look around and make sure I’m staying present in the moment because there is so much going on around me in my business and life in general. Overall, life is good. Very good!
This week I participated in a Blog Swap organized by the lovely AJ from Confessions of A Fat Girl. AJ had this crazy idea to get a bunch of bloggers together and have them write on topics that were outside of their comfort zones. There were 20 of us who participated! You can check out the post I wrote on Raised by Culture here. And you can read the post written by Sondra at Happy Healthy Hip Parenting for Fit & Awesome here. And here is a link for all the posts of everyone who participated. Many thanks to AJ for creating such an awesome opportunity!
In other news, I learned about a new company this week that is like CSA boxes, but for fish. They deliver fre
sh fish to your doorstep and they call it CSF- Community Supported Fish. I’m so curious about this service and plan on checking it out. Here’s a link if you’d like to take a look and learn more: Community Seafood.
Last night I went and took a boxing class at a new workout gym in Manhattan Beach called Amenzone Fitness. You may have remember me writing about them awhile back when I posted this DVD Review. Well, the boxing class is AWESOME. I really love it and how great I feel afterwards. I think the reason I love it so much is because it takes me back to the days when I took taekwondo. You may or may not know this about me, but I took taekwondo for 10 years. It was a huge passion of mine growing up and I attribute a lot of my motivation and determination directly back to things I learned while taking taekwondo. Martial arts is awesome!
Kona is doing well and got a bath this week. She is so nice and soft and cuddly. We love her so much!
If you haven’t done so already, go and enter my ASICS LA Marathon Nutribullet giveaway. It ends on Monday!
Have a wonderful weekend, everyone! Be fit. Be awesome.
What about you? Have you ever done a CSF? Post in the comments and let me know!
