Spinach & Tomato Egg Muffins

  • 10 Eggs
  • Handful of Spinach
  • 5-6 Grape Tomatoes (cut in quarters)
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Whisk 10 eggs together.
  2. Slice tomatoes and spinach then combine with eggs.
  3. Dash of salt and pepper.
  4. Place in the oven at 375 for 35 minutes
  5. Let cool, pop out of muffin pan and enjoy!
